Returns

You can register your return in our return portal via the button below. Here you enter the track and trace number and the postcode of your order. You can then choose the shipping method and create your return label.

Place the items you wish to return back in the original packaging and shipping bag. Please ensure that all returned products are in the same condition as you received them. Remove or cover any old shipping labels and attach your created shipping label to the package.

After registering and packing, you can send your return with the created shipping label.

You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been delivered. As soon as we have received the package, we will start working on your return. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days after receipt of your return via the original payment method.
